DISHES

We use carefully selected seasonal ingredients procured every morning from the Tsukiji market and producers to prepare vegetarian meal in Kaiseki style.
Enjoy our menus which follow authentic recipes inherited from the day of our establishment and which has evolved along with the times.

In this ever-changing modern society, we do not have much occasions to give our thought to what we eat.
We do hope that our cuisine helps you to feel the fan of eating and the importance of food, even for a brief moment.

Some dishes use a small amount of dried bonito and eggs. If you wish to have a completely vegan meal, please let us know by the day before your visit.
